Dobrodiy Club at Kurazh: A Space for Mental Health and Support

On June 14–15, Dobrodiy Club hosted a teen zone at the Kurazh Festival, dedicated to mental health and self-discovery.

Why It Matters

For the third year in a row, Ukrainian teenagers are growing up amid war, chronic stress, and constant uncertainty.
This is the time when their inner foundations are being formed — their sense of identity, emotional boundaries, and resilience.
Without timely support, this pressure can take a serious toll on their mental well-being.

That’s why the Place of Power for All (Im)perfect Teens zone at Kurazh became a safe, creative, and empowering space where mental health was treated as an essential part of everyday self-care.

What Was Waiting for Visitors

We designed the program based on the real needs of teenagers — combining creativity, emotional expression, and practical self-support tools.
Everyone could find something meaningful and close to their heart:

  • Affirmation Paintings — an art practice that helps focus on positive beliefs, strengthen motivation, and build inner confidence.
  • Emotion Moodboards — a visual method to reflect and understand your inner state, especially when words aren’t enough.
  • Speed-dating with a Psychologist — short, sincere conversations with specialists that can become the first step toward self-awareness and emotional healing.

Where and When

📍 June 14–15, VDNH, KIT Pavilion — as part of the Kurazh Festival
🎟️ Free entry for children under 12

Come with friends or on your own — and step into a space of support, reflection, and authenticity,
where every teenager could simply be themselves.
