Юридична грамотність

Дітям-сиротам важливо вчасно пояснити їхні права та обов’язки, щоб вони розуміли, які в них є пільги, як їх отримати, як ними користуватися тощо. Останнє особливо актуально для випускників дитячих будинків при вступі до навчального закладу та здобутті освіти.

У 2019 році “Клуб Добродіїв” провів курс з юридичної грамотності у дитбудинку “Світанок” для чотирьох вихованців, двоє з яких стали першокурсниками. Курс читала кваліфікована юристка, добродійка Надія Назарчук. Упродовж трьох лекцій учні дізнались про права дітей-сиріт і дітей у складних життєвих обставинах, базову інформацію про трудове право та різницю між кримінальним та адміністративним правом.
