Thank you! Exciting updates coming soon

Applications are now open for the career-orientation intensive “Navigator of Your Success.”

How do you find a path that truly inspires you? What should you do when you’re not yet sure who you want to become when you grow up? These are questions many teens ask themselves — and we know where to find the answers.

We invite you to join the five-day career-orientation intensive “Navigator of Your Success” — a space where you can explore your values, talents, and dreams, and take the first steps toward a conscious choice for your future.

What to expect

Over five days, participants will complete engaging tests and practical tasks, meet professionals from different fields, learn about modern careers, and create their own career map — a personal guide to the world of opportunities.

You’ll also enjoy team activities, lively discussions, a warm atmosphere, and new friendships. It’s a space where you can feel supported by others who are also discovering their paths.

Who can join

Teenagers aged 13–17 from vulnerable groups, including:

  • teens with disabilities;
  • those from single-parent families or without parental care;
  • foster children or those living in family-type children’s homes;
  • youth from families in difficult life circumstances;
  • children of veterans or active military personnel;
  • young people transitioning from the care system;
  • teens affected by the war;
  • internally displaced persons or returnees from temporarily occupied territories;
  • youth from rural or remote communities with limited access to education and opportunities.

How to join

“Navigator of Your Success” is your chance to discover your interests, recognize your strengths, believe in your dreams, and take the first steps toward a future that truly inspires you.

The intensive will take place from October 27–31 at the Place of Power space by Dobrodiy Club. Register via the link — our navigator is already waiting for you 💛

The project is implemented in partnership with UNICEF.
