The largest IT company in Ukraine, EPAM, has become a partner of the “Mentorship” project for teenagers with experience of orphanhood.
Thanks to this partnership, Dobrodiy Club was able to strengthen the final stage of the pilot program both financially and organizationally, ensuring its sustainability and impact.
The “Mentorship” project aims to help teenagers with experience of orphanhood build an alternative life scenario and take their first steps toward realizing it.
The program offers a comprehensive and structured approach — from developing trust with a mentor to building essential life skills and confidence for adulthood.
The pilot program develops effective methods and tools to support teenagers who have grown up without parental care.
In April, EPAM provided financial support for the final phase of the project’s implementation.
This contribution made it possible to maintain continuity in mentor-mentee interactions, while the Dobrodiy team was able to analyze outcomes and develop practical tools that could be integrated into the national mentorship system.
Partnerships with businesses of this scale open new horizons for the development of social impact projects in Ukraine — enabling initiatives that truly change young lives and open doors to new opportunities.
“As a global IT leader, EPAM understands the importance of long-term investment and systemic solutions. We run our own educational programs for children and youth — including eKids and Pre-Junior — and also support our partners’ initiatives. We believe every teenager deserves the chance to unlock their potential, regardless of life circumstances. That’s why we support the ‘Mentorship’ project — a program that not only helps teens with life experience, but also gives them an alternative, better future,” — Dmytro Yakymets, Head of ESG Projects, EPAM Ukraine.
The partnership with EPAM goes beyond financial assistance — it represents a shared vision: that every teenager deserves a happy and conscious future. We are sincerely grateful to EPAM for their trust, shared values, and investment in sustainable life transformations for youth who grew up without parental support.
